Pljeskavica — The Balkan Slap Burger
Pljeskavica, pronounced plee-yes-kah-vee-tsah, is Serbia’s answer to the burger. Except bigger. Spicier. Juicier. And much more likely to make you wonder why you’ve been treating ground meat so gently your whole life.
